Marc has a diverse background in the law, extending from work as a Crown Prosecutor, Departmental Senior Conciliator at the RTA and BCCM Commissioner's Office, as well as holding a position as the Principal Conciliator for Queensland at the Queensland Anti-discrimination Commission, and private practice as a mediator and barrister.  This breath of experience enables Marc to assist parties in complex matters by creative thinking and tenacious use of the law.

Marc is available to undertake legal matters by direct access or via solicitors brief.  Additionally, Marc can be engaged to undertake preliminary or preemptive action in the form of consultancy, provision of legal opinions, negotiation and mediation.
